Hatchards was founded by Diggy Hatchard and Katie Sutton, two hugely enthusiastic Hampshire mums with a passion for property and homemaking, dedicated to helping you. We’ve experienced first-hand all the pressures that make moving home so tricky – like juggling busy careers with energetic kids, or relocating against a tight deadline.

Diggy,
a Hampshire girl through-and-through, has more than 15 years’ experience in the world of estate agency, giving her a wealth of contacts in the property trade and vast expertise in spotting the potential of a property, both financially and as a family home.
Diggy has moved more times than she’s had hot dinners and has personal experience of what it takes to make a house purchase run smoothly. She’s able to empathise and understand what you want, and is the lady to know to get the home you want.
Katie
is passionate about property, with a flare for renovation. She is bursting with ideas, isn’t afraid to try new approaches and – within the boundaries of good taste ¬– likes to throw in the odd ‘wildcard’. She has bought, renovated and sold properties many times over, and loves the challenge of turning a house into a beautiful home.
Katie and her family relocated from London to Hampshire and she knows just how tough a big move can be for a family.
